You will lead resume and interview workshops, mentor clients on technology use for job seeking, document progress, and collaborate with employers to create opportunities.

Qualifications

• Eight-year experience with counseling or two years in career advising, plus related education.
• Experience providing individual coaching sessions on resume building, job search goal-setting and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through job search, planning and goal setting.
• Develop individualized job search strategies and action plans.
• Advise on job search activities through job acceptance and career advancement.
• Mentor clients on use of technology for job seeking and online interviews.
• Collaborate with employers to invite participation in workshops and events.
