Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Medication Administration Certification is required.
• CPR and First Aid Certification current.
• PMT Certification current.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean driving record.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated technology competency.
• Adaptive to varying schedules and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate individuals’ ability to engage in competitive employment.
• Develop career goals and prepare for job search.
• Create internship and volunteering opportunities to build skills for employment.
• Teach job tasks to employer specifications and promote production.
• Maintain relationships with employers and monitor productivity and quality of work.
• Document daily notes, track progress, and prepare reports.
• Ensure HIPAA privacy and handle personal files with care.
• Provide transportation for individuals to and from worksites.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and program developments.
