Job summary

Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a full-time Career Advisor Supervisor to lead a geographically dispersed team of career advisors supporting the SECO program.

The role focuses on staff supervision, contract compliance, and delivering individualized, high-quality career services. The supervisor will manage ~15 advisors at a center operating Monday–Saturday, provide coaching, performance evaluations, and develop new initiatives while ensuring timely, accurate deliverables.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Career Counseling, Human Resources, Social Services, Business/Program Management or related field; OR a Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 4 years of experience in support of Contact Center Operations.
• 2 years' experience in social service program administration/management; SECO experience may substitute for up to 1 year.
• 3 years of personnel management/supervision, preferably in a contact center.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contract-related activities follow Zeiders’ policies and management philosophy.
• Supervise a staff of approximately 15 career advisors at a dispersed center.
• Manage employees virtually; direct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Interview, hire, and train staff; plan and direct work; address issues and discipline as needed.
• Provide program guidance and quality control to meet contract requirements.
• Understand and implement industry-standard contact center practices.
• Collaborate in a team and handle independent tasks and projects.
• Use emotional intelligence to provide coaching and professional development.
• Apply critical thinking to resolve issues within the contract team.
• Deliver required outputs on time with accuracy and professionalism.
• Contribute to new initiatives and content creation for internal stakeholders.
