Job summary

Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Career Coach for a remote opportunity (work from home) to support military spouses through the SECO program.

Coaches deliver telephonic, in-person at events, and web-based career coaching to explore interests, education opportunities and employment options. Successful candidates will operate from a home office, conducting coaching sessions and updating materials while collaborating with government staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Career Counseling, Higher Education Administration/Leadership, Education, Adult Education, or related field with 4+ years delivering individualized career support to adults.
• Active certification in CCC, CWDP, or NCC or ability to obtain CWDP/CCC within 6 months of hire.
• Three years’ experience in training development and delivery, public speaking and facilitation.
• Two years’ experience supervising or overseeing delivery of social services or education programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple computer systems/web platforms; reliable home internet.

Responsibilities

• Provide career coaching telephonically, in-person at events, and virtually via web platforms.
• Deliver career services including exploration, education/training, employment assistance, and work-life goals.
• Educate on SECO services, MyCAA Scholarship, and other career resources for military spouses.
• Serve as the primary government resource for education and career development across military lifecycles.
• Document coaching sessions in government systems; manage communications via social media and LinkedIn.
