C2 Global Professional Services in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a Career Advisor I to provide career counseling and coaching that helps customers enhance training and skills for employment in their desired field. You will expand opportunities through exploration strategies and drive success for job seekers.

You will guide through assessments, resume development, mock interviews, and job search strategies while connecting customers to training opportunities and financial aid resources.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associates or undergraduate degree preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide career counseling and coaching to help customers improve training and employment prospects.
• Conduct intake and determine eligibility for grant-funded programs.
• Guide job seekers through career exploration using assessments and planning tools.
• Provide labor market information and assist with resume writing and mock interviews.
• Refer participants to training opportunities and submit ITA/work-based training requests.
• Maintain case files and monitor progress toward academic or occupational goals.
• Develop relationships with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities.
