C2 GPS in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a Career Advisor I to serve as the primary liaison for NCP Choices participants. Under supervision, you will provide career counseling and ongoing case management to help customers become self-sufficient.

You will manage eligibility enrollments, document in COLTS/WIT, assist with job searches, and report outcomes to the Court and OAG. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; valid driver’s license required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required, plus 3 years in human services.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for NCP Choices participants; provide career counseling and case management.
• Attend court hearings to enroll eligible participants and document in COLTS/WIT.
• Assist with job search, training information, and support services to promote self-sufficiency.
• Maintain accurate files and report participation to Court and OAG.
• Re-engage non-compliant participants and coordinate with Court staff.
