Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Identify and share suitable job opportunities for graduates.
  • Support apprenticeship program administration and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with employers and training providers for opportunities.
  • Track graduate outcomes and program metrics.
  • Provide admin support to Career Services and Workforce Development teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Support job placement efforts through resume reviews, interview preparation, and job search guidance.
  • Maintain regular communication with graduates to track employment status and career progress.
  • Identify and share relevant job opportunities aligned with graduates’ skills and training.
  • Assist with apprenticeship program administration, including enrollment, onboarding, and progress tracking.
  • Serve as a point of contact between apprentices, employers, and training providers.
  • Monitor participation and support compliance with program requirements and milestones.

Employer & Partner Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with employer partners to expand job and apprenticeship opportunities.
  • Conduct outreach to identify hiring needs and coordinate recruitment activities.
  • Organize employer participation in hiring events, career panels, and information sessions.

Data Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of graduate outcomes, employer engagement, and apprenticeship activity.
  • Track and report on placement rates, program performance, and key workforce metrics.

Operations & Program Support

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Career Services and Workforce Development teams.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and program effectiveness.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, workforce development, education or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in career services or related field preferred
