Qualifications

• A college or university degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with college‑aged students and/or recent graduates is preferred.
• Experience developing internship programs is preferred.
• Corporate or financial services experience is a plus.
• Strong cross‑team collaboration and ability to deliver outcomes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Advise a cohort of 1st–4th year students on career development and internships.
• Communicate opportunities and help students stay on track for success.
• Track student data, measure engagement, and report on outcomes (Salesforce).
• Outreach to employers across sectors for internships and full‑time roles.
• Develop and manage employer relations and program logistics.
• Plan and execute events, career exploration activities, and visits.
• Provide mock interviews, resume reviews, and coaching to students.
