Job summary

Texas Instruments in Dallas is seeking a Design Verification Engineer. You will participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP) providing professional and technical training to accelerate your ramp at TI and set you up for long-term career success.

Your role includes developing verification plans, building test benches and running RTL/GLS simulations to achieve first-pass silicon success, with regression work and status tracking as part of the job.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or equivalent experience in electrical engineering fields.
• GPA 3.0/4.0 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Developing detailed verification plans with design and system teams to ensure first pass silicon success.
• Developing test benches, tests and simulations at RTL and GLS.
• Running coverage regressions to meet defined coverage goals.
• Tracking and communicating verification status, issues, and concerns.
• Work with regression tools and develop scripts to submit cases for regression analysis.
• Contributing to improvements for DV strategy, tools, methods and flows.

• Developing detailed verification plans while working closely with the design and system team to ensure first pass silicon success
• Developing test benches, tests and simulations at RTL and GLS
• Running coverage regressions to meet the defined coverage goals
• Tracking and communicating verification status, issues, and concerns
• Work with regression tools and develop scripts to submit cases for regression analysis
• Contribute to continuous improvements for quality and efficiency on DV strategy, tools, methods and flows

Minimum requirements

• Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field
• Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
