Job summary

Texas Instruments is offering a Career Accelerator Program (CAP) for a Design Verification Engineer. You will develop verification plans, build test benches, and run RTL/GLS simulations to ensure first pass silicon success.

You’ll track status, work with regression tools, and help improve DV tools and flows. Exposure to Digital and Analog design paths through formal learning and on-the-job development will accelerate your growth within TI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Developing detailed verification plans with design and system teams for first pass silicon success.
• Developing test benches, tests and simulations at RTL and GLS.
• Running coverage regressions to meet defined goals.
• Tracking and communicating verification status, issues and concerns.
• Work with regression tools and scripts to submit cases for regression analysis.
• Contribute to DV strategy, tools, methods and flows improvements.

As a Design Verification Engineer in the business, you will be responsible for:

• Developing detailed verification plans while working closely with the design and system team to ensure first pass silicon success
• Developing test benches, tests and simulations at RTL and GLS
• Running coverage regressions to meet the defined coverage goals
• Tracking and communicating verification status, issues, and concerns
• Work with regression tools and develop scripts to submit cases for regression analysis
• Contribute to continuous improvements for quality and efficiency on DV strategy, tools, methods and flows

Minimum requirements

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field
• Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
