Job summary

Texas Instruments Incorporated is seeking a Design Verification Engineer to join the Career Accelerator Program (CAP). You will participate in comprehensive training and work on verification planning, test benches, RTL/GLS simulations, and regression-driven quality improvements from day one.

You will collaborate with digital and analog design teams, track verification status, and contribute to DV strategy and tooling, setting you up for a successful growth path at TI.

Responsibilities

• Developing detailed verification plans while working closely with the design and system team to ensure first pass silicon success
• Developing test benches, tests and simulations at RTL and GLS
• Running coverage regressions to meet the defined coverage goals
• Tracking and communicating verification status, issues, and concerns
• Work with regression tools and develop scripts to submit cases for regression analysis
• Contribute to continuous improvements for quality and efficiency on DV strategy, tools, methods and flows
• Exposure to other roles such as Digital Design & Analog Design through formal learning, projects and on-the-job development experiences
