Job description

We are looking for a dependable, flexible, and compassionate Floater to support our clients and caregivers throughout our service area. This position is responsible for covering caregiver call-offs, conducting client wellness and supervisory visits, assisting with new client starts, and providing hands‑on care when needed.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in different environments, can adapt to changing schedules, and is committed to delivering high‑quality care and excellent customer service.

Schedule

Option 1:

• Monday–Wednesday

• 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

Option 2:

• Thursday–Sunday

• 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

• Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week.

• Must be available to respond to last‑minute call‑offs and urgent staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Cover caregiver call‑offs and open shifts.

• Conduct client check‑in and wellness visits.

• Complete supervisory visits as assigned.

• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Transportation

Reliable transportation is required. A company vehicle may be available for business‑related duties when needed.
