Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse at Jersey Shore University Medical Center to provide expert nursing care in complex interventions. You will support patients, families and staff while advancing education and evidence-based practices.

Minimum qualifications include NJ RN license, ACLS, BLS, and 3+ years in critical care or telemetry. BSN in progress preferred. Competitive benefits and teamwork-focused culture are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey RN license is required.
• BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire.
• ACLS required.
• At least 3 years of recent critical care or telemetry experience.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire.

Responsabilités

• Expert clinical nurse resource assisting team members, physicians and patients.
• Role model by demonstrating current trends and providing professional development.
• Develop, implement and evaluate an educational plan for staff needs.
• Participate in the research process to enhance patient care.
• Act as clinical nurse specialist to staff, administrators and community.
• Facilitate patient teaching and support programs using the nursing process.
