Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin seeks a Care Team Specialist (CTS) at Hatchery Hill Clinic in Fitchburg, WI. This 0.80 FTE role (32 hours per week) includes rooming patients, taking vitals, and supporting patient care workflows.

Qualified candidates have MA/LPN/EMT training and related certification; experience with EPIC and MS Office helps. Eligible for a $3000 joining incentive prorated by FTE. Join a collaborative, patient-centered team focused on high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must have completed MA, LPN, or EMT training from an accredited program.
• Must obtain national certification within six months if MA with no prior certification.
• LPNs must have Wisconsin licensure or obtain within six months.
• EMTs must hold a valid Wisconsin license (EMT/Paramedic/AEMT/EMT-P).
• CPR/AED certification required or obtained within four months.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and take vital signs.
• Collect medical histories and prepare for visits.
• Assist with exams and procedures.
• Manage test results per protocols.
• Support Epic in-basket and MyChart workflows.
