The Rescue Mission of Roanoke is seeking a Care Team Advisor to provide primary services to guests in a collaborative way, coordinating, monitoring, evaluating and advocating for multiple services to meet shared goals. The role integrates medical referrals, housing, employment and social services to help individuals move toward independence within a faith-based setting.

This full-time position offers a flexible schedule between 8:00am and 6:00pm, including weekends and holidays as needed, and

Qualificações

• Professional, friendly, and pleasant customer-focused skillset.
• Patience and empathy under high-stress periods.
• Proficiency with computers including Google products, Microsoft Office, Clarity, and related programs.
• Working knowledge of Social Services programs and interactions with providers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide primary services to guests in a collaborative manner.
• Coordinate and advocate for multiple services to meet goals.
• Develop relationships with internal/external organizations.
• Refer guests to resources including medical, housing, employment, and social services.
