Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a Care Team Manager (CTM) to lead the day-to-day operations of a residential home supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

The CTM will supervise DSPs and staff, ensure high-quality care, and maintain a safe, welcoming home environment. This role offers growth in leadership and direct impact on residents’ lives.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in IDD, behavioral health, healthcare, human services, or residential services preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and residential staff.
• Oversee the daily operations of the assigned home.
• Ensure individuals receive care and support per their plans.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and staff retention.
• Ensure required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor compliance with policies, regulations, and care standards.
• Support medication administration and health/safety procedures as required.
• Respond to behavioral or operational concerns and elevate issues as needed.
• Build positive relationships with individuals supported, families, staff, and community partners.
