UW Health East Madison Hospital is seeking a Care Team Leader (CTL) / Charge Nurse for the inpatient medical–surgical unit. You will lead a collaborative interdisciplinary team on shift, mentor staff, monitor quality metrics, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. This role emphasizes staffing, patient experience, and evidence-based care within a high-tech environment.

Applicants should be a licensed RN with BLS/CPR certification; ACLS required within 6 months. BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in WI or compact state
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• ACLS within 6 months (required)
• BSN preferred or higher degree

Responsabilités

• Provide front-line nursing leadership on inpatient medical–surgical unit
• Mentor nurses and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Monitor nursing quality metrics and patient experience rounds
• Collaborate with management on unit hiring and staffing decisions
