Job summary

Milestone Inc. is seeking a dedicated supervisor to guide and train the Service Provider/Team Members in delivering care to developmentally and physically disabled individuals.

You will monitor health needs, coordinate medical appointments, manage medications and dietary budgets, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety within the home. You will lead staff meetings, ensure proper shift coverage, and document outcomes in daily records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• TABE testing completion.
• Certified Habilitation Aide or CNA preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team Leader or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to intervene physically in behavioral or health crises.
• Safe driving record with approved driver status.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains Service Provider/Team Members in care, treatment, and safety of individuals served.
• Monitors health needs and coordinates medical, dental, and other appointments.
• Ensures medication handling, diet adherence and budget compliance.
• Maintains daily housekeeping, inventory, and supplies; records purchases and expenditures.
• Leads staff meetings and ensures shifts are covered; manages overtime appropriately.
• Plans and conducts weekly meetings addressing Human Rights issues and documents actions.
• Maintains Individual Service Plans and daily activity records; ensures OJTs are completed.
