Job summary

Milestone is seeking a Director, Resident Care to lead clinical operations in our Assisted Living community. You will oversee resident care staff, ensure regulatory standards are met, and maintain high-quality care and resident satisfaction.

Reporting to the Director, Health and Wellness or Executive Director, you’ll hire, train, and supervise Care Partners and activity staff, manage staffing within budget, monitor medication administration, and participate in CQI activities to uphold HIPAA,

Qualifications

• Requires Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, strongly preferred.
• Minimum three years’ experience in Assisted Living with proven management experience.
• Certified Med Aide as required by state law; maintain current certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations and coordinate resident care in an Assisted Living community.
• Oversee resident care staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
