Job Description

What You'll Do:

• Assist with paperwork and documentation to maintain compliance with regulations
• Prepare and manage documents, enter data accurately using software and databases
• Monitor incoming patient referrals and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure timely follow-up
• Support daily operations including scheduling appointments, coordinating care, and handling patient communications
• Perform essential office duties to keep the department running efficiently
