Help at Home is hiring a Care Supervisor! We offer weekly pay starting at $18.00-$21.50 per hour and a generous incentive program – up to $10,000 in bonuses per year!

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced Care Supervisor to oversee and ensure the successful implementation of all provided services for our clients within their assigned areas. The employee will be responsible for ensuring that client care plans meet client needs and that caregivers provide an exemplary level of care aligned with our organization’s vision, mission, and values.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain assigned clients' files, employee files, and all related paperwork.
  2. Provide direct training to field staff on client Care Plans.
  3. Monitor the performance of field staff who provide personal care to ensure quality service.
  4. Communicate schedules and changes proactively with clients, staff, referral sources, and management.
  5. Prepare and submit routine department reports as required.
  6. Document and maintain accurate records of clients' conditions and services.
  7. Conduct and record client satisfaction surveys, in-home visits, employee evaluations, and training.
  8. Handle client complaints appropriately, document issues, and report significant problems for resolution.
  9. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  2. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
  3. 2 years of management/supervisory experience preferred but not required.
  4. Must be at least 18 years old.
  5. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with professional communication skills.
