Job summary

Arosa Raleigh is seeking a Care Coordinator to ensure a pool of qualified care professionals is recruited, screened and scheduled to meet client needs. The role involves communicating policies, supporting staff, and ensuring payroll and billing accuracy.

You will work with Care Management to counsel and manage credentialing, stay compliant with regulations, and help maintain high job satisfaction and retention among care professionals.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Positive attitude and team player mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Recruitment or staffing experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• PC literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, interview, orient, and hire care professionals.
• Explain policies, resolve conflicts, promote retention and satisfaction.
• Counsel, discipline, and terminate care professionals as needed.
• Input, confirm, and verify schedules; ensure open shifts are staffed.
• Reconcile staffing exceptions; manage data entry accuracy.
• Ensure accurate payroll and billing for all shifts.
• Provide information on benefits and policies to care professionals.
• Oversee credentials, ensuring compliance with regulations.
