Job summary

The CARE Center, Inc. provides around-the-clock support in a residential setting, seeking caring staff for night shift. You will help residents with mental health needs with daily activities of living and individual care plans, ensuring safety and compassionate supervision.

Responsibilities include crisis support, documentation in EMR, coordinating with treatment teams, and assisting with meals and housekeeping. Strong reliability, driving license, and ability to obtain clearances are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college credits or MH experience considered.
• Valid PA driver's license with safe driving record.
• Ability to obtain Criminal History Clearance, Child Abuser Clearance, and FBI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on instruction to residents to implement crisis plans and assist with crisis resolution.
• Support residents with individual plans, including complex needs in a high-level residential setting.
• Assist with activities of daily living and hygiene as indicated in assessments.
• Document progress and monitor resident needs; communicate with staff and providers.
• Assist with meals, housekeeping, and safety during shifts; attend appointments as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all policies and laws.
