Job description

Sienna Crest Care Specialists will promote and maintain the philosophy of assisted living through the following:

Responsibilities

1. Encourage, support, and assist our residents with their activities of daily living (ADLs), which include but are not limited to grooming, hygiene, dressing, and nutrition.
2. Administer medication to residents as prescribed by their physician.
3. Actively participate in and lead, when required, leisure activities as scheduled on the Life Enhancement Calendar.
4. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly home environment for our residents.

Qualifications

1. Possess a genuine fondness for older adults.
2. Complete all State Mandated Training programs provided by Sienna Crest Assisted Living Inc.
3. Be able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. frequently, and perform tasks such as stooping, bending, reaching, standing for at least 8 hours, and climbing on a stepladder.
