Sienna Crest Care Specialists promote and uphold the philosophy of assisted living through the following responsibilities:

1. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): including grooming, hygiene, dressing, nutrition, and more.
2. Administer medications: as prescribed by the residents' physicians.
3. Participate in leisure activities: actively engage and lead, when required, according to the scheduled Life Enhancement Calendar.
4. Maintain a safe and clean environment: ensure a home-like setting that is safe and orderly for residents.

Qualifications to become a Care Specialist include:

1. Possessing a genuine fondness for older adults.
2. Completing all state-mandated training programs provided by Sienna Crest Assisted Living Inc.
3. Physical ability to lift at least 35 lbs., frequently stoop, bend, reach, stand for at least 8 hours, and climb on a stepladder.
