Job summary

The ALS Association is seeking a Care Services Manager to develop professional and community relationships, manage care services programs, and supervise staff within an assigned territory. The role includes facilitating education, information, benefit, and clinical resource navigation for people diagnosed with ALS and caregivers.

Responsibilities include coordinating referrals with health providers, evaluating support groups, and mentoring staff while ensuring high-quality, consistent services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with relevant experience in psychosocial support, care coordination, or case management.
• Master’s degree in social work is preferred.
• Knowledge of ALS is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts specialized care consultations and needs assessments for people living with ALS, caregivers, and families.
• Active management of a portfolio of clients to ensure programs meet needs.
• Provide information on programs, services, resources and educational materials.
