Job summary

Scheduler Recruiter role at NJ18, SYNERGY HomeCare of Woodbridge in Matawan, NJ. You will coordinate all scheduling-related activities, maintain strong relationships with caregivers and clients, and ensure schedules work for both parties.

Responsibilities include fostering a positive office culture, staffing shifts, and collaborating with Franchise Partner and Administrator to boost satisfaction and revenue. Proficiency in scheduling software and CRM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of scheduling procedures (preferred).
• Experience in healthcare or home care settings (preferred).
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. (required).
• Knowledge of scheduling software (Axiscare or similar) or CRM preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer satisfaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish a positive office culture where caregivers want to work.
• Promote office initiatives and maintain good communication with caregivers and clients.
• Staff all requested shifts and new client cases.
• Collaborate with Franchise Partner and Administrator to enhance employee satisfaction, morale, and revenue growth.
• Regularly communicate with caregivers, clients, and their families.
• Utilize scheduling software (Axiscare or similar) or CRM to manage schedules.
