Honor is seeking an In Home Caregiver / Home Care Aide to provide one-on-one care to seniors in their Irvine, CA homes. You will build meaningful relationships, assist with daily activities, and support clients to stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities across Orange County with morning, daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Weekly pay, benefits eligibility, and 24/7 support are included.

Formación

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to client homes
• Be willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client to provide consistent care
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities; bilingual or multilingual encouraged
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements

Responsabilidades

• Build meaningful relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate care
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, restroom use, and incontinence care
• Help with mobility and daily routines based on each client’s care needs
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide reliable, consistent support in the client’s home

Requirements
