Chanda Care is hiring reliable, compassionate caregivers to help seniors and adults live safely and independently at home in Massachusetts. Earn $17.50–$21.00/hour with a flexible schedule, and 25–40 hours per week across morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts.

Benefits include paid time off, parental leave, training and development, and opportunities for advancement. Every other weekend availability is required to join a supportive, team-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience or willingness to complete training.
• Availability for at least 25 hours per week.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel 5–30 minutes for assignments.
• Dependable, respectful, and compassionate; able to work independently in clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities.
• Support mobility and safety in clients' homes.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders as needed.
• Errands and grocery shopping; transportation to appointments.
• Offer companionship and social support to reduce isolation.
