Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. in Massachusetts is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to join a flexible, caregiver‑friendly team. We offer free HHA training and competitive hourly pay, with schedules designed to fit your life.

As a small, family‑owned agency, we provide support, travel reimbursement, and benefits while you help clients with daily living activities and companionship in their homes. Walk-ins welcome.

Qualifications

Own a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
HHA or CNA certification preferred but not required.
Strong English communication skills.
Compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Commitment to health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks (hygiene, dressing, meals).
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Help with light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe home.
Run errands such as grocery shopping.
Prepare meals with client input when possible.
Give medication reminders.
Perform routine cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bath).
Monitor and report changes in client condition.
Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
