Job summary

Caring Companions, LLC is expanding in Massachusetts, serving Longmeadow, East Longmeadow, Springfield and West Springfield. We are hiring 5–10 caregivers/CNA/HHA who can drive clients in their own vehicle and work weekdays and/or weekends, with assignments ranging from 3 to 12 hours.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and own vehicle required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Professional Caregiver.
• Punctual, reliable and personable.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to drive clients in own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities.
• Assist clients with mobility, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members regarding care plans.

Caring Companions is branching out to Massachusetts! We will be serving clients in Longmeadow, East Longmeadow, Springfield and West Springfield.

To be considered:

We are seeking 5-10 caregivers/CNA/HHA who can work during the week and/or weekends and be comfortable driving your client in your own vehicle. Caring Companions offers assignments between 3 hours to 12 hours and everything in-between. We are a non-medical home care agency that assists seniors and many Veterans throughout Connecticut and Southern Massachusetts.

• Current CNA certification in the state of Connecticut or Massachusetts or HHA.

• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and care practices.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings.
