Job summary

Home Instead is seeking caring Care Pros to support aging adults in Rapid City and surrounding Black Hills communities. We offer Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities with pay $18.50-$21.00/hr based on qualifications such as CNA.

As a Care Pro, you’ll provide non-medical support including companionship, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and safety oversight. Flexible scheduling and strong support will help you deliver compassionate, home-based care.

Qualifications

• CNA or caregiving experience is welcome.
• Strong communication and reliability are essential.
• Ability to perform non-medical tasks with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful interaction.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living as needed.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Help with transportation to appointments and errands.
• Provide reminders for medications and safety checks.
