EverCare Mobile Health is seeking a Care Partner to provide relationship-centered, non-clinical support for residents in residential and long-term care settings in Idaho Falls. You will focus on connection, independence, and quality of life, building trusted relationships and engaging clients in activities.
The role involves traveling between client locations, maintaining confidentiality, and collaborating with facility staff.

The Care Partner is a non-clinical supportive role.
Care Partners do not independently diagnose, conduct clinical assessments, provide psychotherapy, create treatment plans, make medication recommendations, or provide credentialed behavioral health services.
The position does not include skilled nursing, medication administration, or hands‑on personal care unless specifically assigned and the employee is appropriately qualified and trained.
Successful Care Partners show up consistently, build genuine relationships, communicate concerns promptly, and find creative ways to help clients experience greater connection, independence, engagement, and joy.
