Job summary

HAAS ASSOCIATES, DBA EverCare Mobile Health is seeking a Case Manager/CBRS Worker to support residents in assisted living facilities. This full-time role focuses on assessments, treatment plan reviews, and ongoing client progress within a collaborative care team.

You will maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, participate in supervision, and manage a consistent caseload with 35+ billable hours weekly. Stipends for non-billable hours, travel, and client activities help maximize earnings while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services (required).
• CPR certification (preferred).
• Ability to pass an enhanced IDHW background check.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• Experience using electronic health records (preferred).
• Comfortable working in a community-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, treatment plan reviews, and progress notes.
• Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner and meets payer and company standards.
• Participate in supervision and staff meetings.
• Collaborate with other treatment providers to ensure holistic care.
• Adhere to HIPAA privacy and compliance regulations.
• Assess emergency situations and elevate concerns as needed.
• Maintain a professional, nonjudgmental, and supportive approach to client care.

Location: Boise, ID Schedule: Full-Time (32–40 hours per week) Compensation: $25–$30 per hour

$22–$24 per billable hour

$12.50 per non-billable hour
