Job summary

The Gallery Tampa, part of Experience Senior Living LLC., is launching its premier luxury senior living community in Tampa. We are seeking a Wellness Nurse to join our caring team and help deliver exceptional resident care from day one.

Ideal candidates hold RN or LVN/LPN license, have at least two years in a senior living setting, and are CPR certified. You will lead medication management, coordinate with wellness director, and ensure safety and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license (LVN/LPN preferred).
• Two (2) years’ experience in a senior living environment preferred.
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Servant Leadership directs all aspects of decision making.
• Serve as the “Charge Nurse” in the absence of the Executive Director and Director of Health & Wellness.
• Contributes to all aspects of medication management, including orders, administration, storage, documentation and as mandated by State Regulations and Guidelines as well as Company policy and procedure.
• Assures resident rooms and common areas are always clean and safe.
• Assure that care partners and medication assistants are familiar with residents’ conditions and trained to provide services effectively.
