Job summary

Experience Senior Living is gearing up for The Gallery Tampa launch, seeking a Wellness Nurse to join our premier luxury senior living team. You will lead care operations, support the Wellness Director, and ensure high-quality resident services from day one.

The role requires an LVN/LPN or RN license, CPR/First Aid, and relevant senior living experience. Expect a dynamic on-site schedule with opportunities to impact residents and families positively.

Qualifications

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license required or preferred.
• Two years' experience in a senior living environment preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Must complete all company training programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Charge Nurse in absence of Executive Director and Director of Health & Wellness.
• Participate in medication management including orders, administration, storage, and documentation as required by regulations and policy.
• Ensure resident rooms and common areas are clean and safe.
• Train care partners and medication assistants on residents' conditions and service delivery.
• Assist residents with self-medication or administration of medications.
• Document all care provided and complete charting in the electronic health record.
• Prepare for emergencies and manage safety during shifts.
• Maintain relationships with residents, families, and partners to ensure satisfaction.
