Job summary

Artis Senior Living of Yardley is seeking a dedicated Care Partner (CNA) to assist residents with daily living activities, including those with Alzheimer's/dementia, on a full-time schedule. The role emphasizes compassion, safety, and teamwork within a supportive community.

Starting pay is $18/hour, with 1st shift (7am-3pm) and 2nd shift (3pm-11pm), and every other weekend is required. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, holidays, PTO, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA certification if State requires it.
• Fulfill and maintain continuing education credits as required by state.
• Must be willing to obtain and/or maintain current First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living for residents with Alzheimer's/Dementia.
• Respond to emergency calls and document care provided.
• Transport residents to meals, enrichment activities, and programs.
• Ensure resident care plans are followed and communicate changes to clinical staff.
• Observe residents for behavioral changes and adverse reactions to medications or treatments and report promptly.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and follow safety policies and procedures.
