Job summary

Artis Senior Living of West Shore is seeking a dedicated Care Partner (CNA) to assist residents with daily living activities and provide compassionate care to those with Alzheimer's/Dementia. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and teamwork in a dementia-care environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education; CNA certification preferred.
• Experience in caregiving or elderly care is advantageous.
• Ability to follow care plans and work with a dementia population.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (grooming, hygiene, bathing, dressing).
• Support meal times and mobility; transport as needed within the community.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and document care provided.
• Maintain resident safety, confidentiality, and cleanliness in rooms and common areas.
• Observe changes in residents and report to clinical staff promptly.
