Arrow Senior Living is hiring a Care Partner for Vitalia Highland Heights in Highland Heights, OH. The role involves supporting residents with daily activities, fostering empathy, and building a caring community.

The position is full-time with evening hours (7:00pm–7:00am) and a pay range of $18–$24 per hour. Benefits include 401(k) with match, medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and provide help after a fall.
• Create an empathetic, inclusive environment and engage with residents and team members.
