Job summary

Distinctive Living’s Mira Vie at Brick is seeking a dedicated Care Partner for full-time roles covering 3-11 and 11-7 shifts. You’ll provide daily living assistance, help with meals, and communicate resident needs to health professionals under the Director of Health and Wellness, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

We invest in growth, teamwork, and a supportive culture where colleagues are valued. A high school diploma, at least one year in caregiving, and CNA/HHA certification are required;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of caregiving experience.
• CNA or HHA certification is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to communicate in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Follow resident service plans to provide daily living support.
• Document changes in condition per laws and policies.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA and Bloodborne Pathogen guidelines.
• Work safely and collaborate with team; report unsafe actions.
• Support teamwork and assist others beyond duties.
• Communicate resident needs among care staff.
