Job summary

Meridian Senior Living in Illinois is hiring a Caregiver/Resident Assistant to support residents with daily activities, especially during evening and night shifts. No CNA license required; must be 18+ and compassionate, reliable and respectful of residents’ privacy.

You will document care, communicate with residents and families, and work as part of a team to maintain a safe, cheerful living environment for seniors.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care assisting residents in their daily activities.
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility and incontinence care.
• Keep proper care records and report any changes in residents' conditions.
• Interact effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the public.
