Job summary

Arrow Senior Living in Liberty, MO is seeking a Care Partner for the 7pm–7am shift. This full‑time role pays $17.50–$25 per hour, with a schedule that includes alternating weeks on weekdays and weekends. You will support residents with ADLs and contribute to a home‑like, respectful environment.

The position requires at least a high school diploma, English proficiency, and a compassionate, energetic attitude toward residents. Benefits include health coverage and other company perks.

Care Partner pay range: $17.50 - $25 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday

Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

7:00pm to 7:00am

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.

• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
