Arrow Senior Living in Wentzville, MO is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities and companionship, ensuring a home-like, respectful environment. The ideal candidate is at least 18, has a high school diploma, can read and communicate in English, demonstrates empathy, and can lift up to 50 pounds to assist residents.

This full-time role features consistent evening shifts on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming and oral care.
• Provide empathy and companionship to residents and create a respectful home-like environment.
• Support residents with mobility and transfers as needed.

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Wentzville, MO

Care Partner pay range: $17 - $22.75 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday

Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

7:00pm to 7:00am

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
