Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner to join our Rushwood community in Wichita, KS. You will provide compassionate, resident-centered support, assist with ADLs, and help maintain a safe, uplifting environment for residents and staff.

Candidates should be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and communicate in English with residents. We offer a supportive team, opportunities for growth, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Active throughout the shift: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping.
• Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Criminal background check cleared.

Responsibilities

• Provide empathy-driven resident support and human connection during daily activities.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Support residents with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Foster an inclusive, positive environment within the community and teamwork with staff.

Position—Care Partner

Position Type: Full-Time

Care Partner pay range: $19 - $21 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday

Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

7:00am to 7:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.

• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
