Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate CNA/Care Partner for the 7:00pm–7:00am shift in Wichita, KS. The part-time role pays $19–$21 per hour and focuses on supporting residents with daily living activities, safety, and dignity.

The ideal candidate is at least 18, has a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrates English communication, empathy, and reliability. Prior healthcare experience is valued; the team emphasizes a home-like, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide empathy and build meaningful connections with residents.
• Assist with dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and oral care.
• Help residents sit/stand/walk and support movement after a fall if needed.
• Record information about residents and printing documents as required.

Care Partner pay range: $19 - $21 per hour

Shift Schedule—

7:00pm to 7:00am

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!

• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
