Arrow Senior Living is hiring a Care Partner in Highland Heights, OH. This full-time role requires assisting residents with daily living activities and providing compassionate, empathetic care in a home-like setting.

You will engage residents, support their independence, and collaborate with the team to create a safe, positive environment. Candidates should be 18+, read/write English proficiently, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Able to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must pass criminal background check and be at least 18.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and eating.
• Create human connection with residents and advocate empathy in daily care.
• Be present and supportive, contributing to a positive, inclusive environment.
• Engage in ongoing development and training within the organization.

Position—Care Partner

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Highland Heights, OH

Care Partner pay range: $18 - $24 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

Week 2: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday

7:00am to 7:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
