Vitalia Senior Residences at Stow in Stow, OH is hiring a Care Partner to provide compassionate, resident-centered support. You will assist residents with daily activities and help create a warm, engaging environment.

Shifts are 6:00am–6:00pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and alternating weeks; pay ranges from $19 to $24.25 per hour. Requirements include 18+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a clear background.

• Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.

Care Partner pay range: $19 - $24.25 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

Week 2: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday

6:00am to 6:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
