Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for the Boulevard Wentzville location to support residents during 7:00am–7:00pm shifts. The role emphasizes empathy, strong English communication, and daily living assistance in a home-like community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude towards residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Must be active with standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, or after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Create human connections with residents through empathy and positive interactions.
• Promote an inclusive, positive environment by engaging with residents, team members, and community.
• Support residents with mobility and daily routines, staying proactive in development and training.

Position Type: Full-Time

Care Partner pay range: $17.50 - $23.50 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday

Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

7:00am to 7:00pm
