Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner in Stow, OH for a part-time role supporting residents in daily living and fostering a compassionate, inclusive community.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, can communicate in English, have basic computer skills, and can assist with ADLs and lifting up to 50 pounds. Criminal clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude; love for residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling and stooping.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking and after a fall.
• Criminal clearance.

Position—Care Partner

Position Type: Part‑Time

Location: Stow, OH

Care Partner pay range: $19 - $24 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Saturday

Week 2: Friday

6:00pm to 6:00am

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.

• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.

• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
