Vitalia Highland Heights in Highland Heights, OH is seeking a Care Partner for evenings (Thu, Fri, Sat, 7:00pm–11:00pm). This part-time role focuses on assisting residents with daily activities, fostering empathy, and creating a positive home-like environment within Arrow Senior Living’s care framework.

You will support residents with ADLs, communicate effectively in English, and contribute to a compassionate team dedicated to residents’ well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks and documenting resident information.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Provide compassionate, empathetic interaction and build human connections with residents.
• Support residents in daily activities and participate in a positive community environment.

Care Partner pay range: $18 - $24 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

7:00pm to 11:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
